Notice of Intent to Single Source to Brightfin

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcment is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single-source procedures.

The FAA intends to award a single-source contract to Brightfin of Englewood, CO  This procurement is for the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Software-as-a-Service (Saas).
