This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.201-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside under a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue a single Contract under RFO part 12. A contract will be awarded to a responsible contractor whose offer conforms to ALL requirements of the synopsis/solicitation and has the lowest reasonable price.
