Repair by Replacement EDINBURG-KERRVILLE BLDG 4 Dip Vat Redesign

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 127EAX26R0009 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for The work consists of modifications and improvements to Building 4 (620515B004) to maximize use of the existing dipping vat and drip pad, including canopy work, cattle pens, gates, alleys, chute access, water service to pens, lighting, 120-volt receptacles, loading pen improvements, and related site, structural, civil, plumbing, and electrical work.  

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238190  The small business size standard is $19 Million  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
