This is not a request for either a quote or proposal. This announcement is considered market research in accordance with FAR Part 10.

BACKGROUND: Notice from the Department of War, Defense Logistics Agency, Strategic Acquisition Program Directorate (SAPD) at DLA Columbus, Ohio. The SAPD/ZAA Division is seeking capabilities packages of potential sources, including small businesses. This sources sought synopsis is published for market research purposes only, to identify potential sources capable of supplying the Government with the items in accordance with the requirements listed in the attachment. 

The Government is seeking sources that can supply the entire list of National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and Part Numbers listed in Attachment 1.  If your firm can supply this entire list of NSNs and Part Numbers, please respond with a capabilities package. In the capabilities package, please clarify the delivery terms that your firm can meet for all of the NSNs and Part Numbers listed.
