Solicitation Number 140L3726Q0136 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

This solicitation is set aside for small business. NAICS 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $19.0 million. Product Service Code B503 - Special Studies/Analysis - Archeological/Paleontological. The Purchase Order will be issued as a firm, fixed-price agreement with a single lump sum payment.

Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Boise District Office, Ada County, Idaho has a requirement to perform a Cultural Resource Survey on selected sites administered on BLM lands within the boundaries of the Prineville District in the State of Oregon. The project area totals 2,669 acres with work to be performed from October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027. The project area is located west and southwest of Dayville, Oregon, on the south side of US Highway 26 (US 26) in Grant County.

All responsible* contractor will submit a quote to the Contracting Officer Audrey Whetham electronically audrey_whetham@ios.doi.gov no later than Friday, August 7, 2026, 3:00 pm MDT.
