PROCUREMENT TITLE: A-DEC DENTAL EQUIPMENT, DE-INSTALLATION, AND INSTALLATION

INTENT TO AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 01, Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital, 200 Springs Rd Bedford, MA 01730, intends to award one (1) Order under NAC V797D-70087, to A-DEC Inc., for the Equipment, De-installation, and Installation as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION: This requirement seeks to replace end of life dental equipment including dentists' delivery units, assistants' delivery units, dental exam chairs, doctors' stools, assistant stools, dental handpieces, and dental handpiece motors along with de-installation and installation of the equipment.

DELIVERY: Two to four weeks after Receipt of Order.

NAICS: 339114 Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing, size standard 750 Employees

PSC: 6520 Dental Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies

AUTHORITY: The authority for this procurement will be via FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
