This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Hopi Health Care Center, Polacca Arizona, is requesting quotations from qualified contractors to provide fire door replacement and repairs.

Site visit considerations:

1. Purpose and scope: Allow vendors to inspect existing conditions, verify dimensions, understand access and installation complexity.
2. Questions during visit; Conditions or site questions will be allowed. Procurement questions must be presented to the contracting specialist (CS)
3. Any statements made by HHCC staff do not modify specifications, scope, schedule or contract terms and conditions
4. Photos and measurement will be allowed.
5. Unanswered questions should be routed to CS
