Request for Feedback - RFAAP Competition RFP Sections C, L&M, Attchs 0019, 0035 & 0036

The USG continues to restructure the evaluation criteria for the Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP) Competition based on feedback from Industry. Therefore, USG requests Industry feedback on the attached revised Sections C, L and M, along with Attachments 0019 (Price Matrix), 0035 (Self-Scoring Matrix) and 0036 (Project Reference Template).

This Request for Feedback is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the USG. The USG does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request or otherwise pay for the information solicited. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary. Please identify any proprietary information submitted. Any of the information stated above is subject to change. If a formal RFP is generated at a later date, the USG will publish a solicitation notice.
