This is a Follow-on Award with Restrict Competition under FAR Part 8.  United States Department of Agriculture, Office of Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Financial Management Services (FMS) requires Travel Relocation Management Services, a secure, modern relocation management solution capable of supporting relocation authorizations, amendments, advances, vouchers, third-party payments, tax calculations, reporting, records management, workflow automation, and integration with USDA's Financial Management Modernization Initiative (FMMI/SAP) environment.
