G&L Horizontal Boring Mills Preventive Maintenance

PHNSY & IMF intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Fives Machining Systems to provide a qualified and authorized original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to provide on-site preventive maintenance on G & L Horizontal Boring mills. This procurement is conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."

This requirement consists of one-year base period,  four (4) one-year option periods and a 6 month extension.  The planned period of performance is 4/27/2026-4/26/2031.
