This notice is to provide the Department of Veteran Affairs’ intent to award an “out of scope” modification to Energy Services Group (ESG). The modification is considered “new work” and therefore a justification IAW FAR 6.103-1 is required. This requirement will result in a firm-fixed modification to 36C25224C0025.
