2SLS DOC Lifting Equipment Proof Load-Trinity

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with part 12 of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The 30th Contracting Squadron at Vandenberg Space Force Base (SFB), CA has a requirement for the Annual Proof loads, Annual Non-Destructive Inspections (NDI), and other services, in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Submission Deadline: Responses to this solicitation must be submitted by 12:00 PM Pacific Time, Wednesday, 9 September 2026. 

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Please see Combo Synop attachment for more information.
