BLDG 212 Fort Stewart GA OTA

Request for Statement of Qualifications / White Papers for a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) Other Transaction (OT) Agreement under 10 U.S.C. § 2808a. The project consists of the demolition of existing Building 212 at Fort Stewart, GA, and the design and construction of a replacement 86-bed Permanent Party Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) Barracks. This is a two-step Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process. Price is not evaluated in Step 1. The project features a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) budget ceiling of $38,000,000.00 and a maximum 900-day total agreement duration.

Updated Information:  

The new barracks will be constructed east of Bldg 212, in the large grass area on the southern corner of Colmar Ave (formerly 6th Ave) and Bundy Ave. 6th Ave has been renamed to Colmar Ave; however, public maps have not been updated to reflect this change.

The new building and all other proposed vertical structures must be sited a minimum of 50ft away from high voltage power lines.

Sections 2.4 and 2.5 of the solicitation were revised for clarity.
