Purchase of Skydio X10 and Accessories

Amendment 1 adds the following information to the Description:

Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable quote, for only the brand name and specific part numbers requested in the RFQ. Substitutions will be determined technically unacceptable. Quotes must include a letter from the Skydio indicating the firm as an authorized reseller of the items.

U.S. Origin and Domestic Shipping: All items delivered under this requirement must originate from and be manufactured/assembled within the United States to comply with FAR 52.225-1, Buy American - Supplies. Additionally, all final packaging and direct shipment to the designated project site must originate from a stocking location or manufacturing facility within the 50 United States. Drop-shipping or routing inventory from international ports or foreign distribution hubs directly to the final destination is not prohibited. 

The quote must indicate all items are of U.S Origin and Domestic Shipping. Pricing should be completed on the RFQ form attached to this notice. Quoters can include attachments if needed. 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under RFO Part 12.201. No separate written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with NAICS code 336411 and size standard 1500 Employees. This requirement is unrestricted.

• Delivery: 12/31/2026 or sooner
