Notice to Offerors

This solicitation is being reissued as a Total Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) competitive set-aside under NAICS 561720. The previous solicitation for this requirement was canceled to allow the Government to revise and clarify the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and solicitation requirements based on industry feedback received during the previous solicitation.

Major revisions include:

• Revised Performance Work Statement (PWS)
• Updated Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)
• Clarified technical proposal instructions
• Updated evaluation criteria
• Revised task descriptions and performance requirements

Offerors are encouraged to review the solicitation in its entirety. Responses to questions submitted under the canceled solicitation do not apply to this solicitation unless incorporated by amendment.
