BEALE AFB ATRIUM SHADE CANOPY REPLACEMENT

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA468626Q0015 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of canopy shades delivery and installation for Beale AFB, CA, in accordance with Attachment 2- Atrium Shades Replacement- Statement of Need.

This acquisition is set-aside for 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

(ii) A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is identified in the SF1449 Solicitation document. (Attachment 1- Solicitation FA468626Q0015).

(iii) A description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions (see 12.102) can be identified in Attachment 2- Atrium Shades Replacement- Statement of Need FINAL.

(iv) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point is identified in Attachment 1- Solicitation FA468626Q0015, Section F- Deliveries or performance schedules.

Attachment 4- EAL sheet needs to be filled out and sent back to us via email to recieve access on base for site visit.**

Quotes are due by 10 June 2026 by 10 AM. Quotes shall be submitted via email and in accordance with 52.212-2, to the Contracting Officer Katherine Moe at katherine.moe@us.af.mil and the Contract Specialist Lamar Mullins at Lamar.mullins@us.af.mil.
