MARSOC Direct Action IDIQ

This solicitation is issued by the Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) Contracting Office to establish a Single-Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract providing qualified contractor manpower augmentation to the Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC). The contractor shall provide full-time and episodic instructors supporting 1000- and 2000-level Direct Action (DA) and Combatives Training and Readiness (T&R) standards for the Marine Raider Course (MRC) Phase II (including the Guile Strike Field Exercise), the MARSOF Master Assaulters Course (MMAC), and the MARSOC Special Operations Forces (SOF) Fundamentals Course.

This acquisition is conducted strictly under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services), utilizing commercial simplified acquisition procedures authorized under FAR Subpart 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items) and Special Operations Federal Procurement Instruction (SOF-PI) Part 5612.

This procurement is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-Aside conducted pursuant to FAR Subpart 19.15 and 13 CFR Part 127.
