This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  

Solicitation number 12444026Q0220 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Purchase and Delivery of a Brand Name Ball-Coleman High-Volume Seed Counter. See attachments for justification. 

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516  The small business size standard is 1,000  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION

The purpose of this amendment is to revise the solicitation from a Brand Name to a Brand Name or Equal requirement to allow for full and open competition. Offers may provide the brand-name product identified in the solicitation or an equal product that meets or exceeds the salient phisical, functional, and performance characteristics identified in the soliciation. Offers proposing an equal product shall clearly identify the product being offered, including the manufacturer, brand name, model or part number, and suffecient descriptive literature demonstrating that the offered product meets or exceeds the characteristics identified in the solicitation. 

The solicitation closed date is hereby extended to 9/18/2026 at 5pm EDT
