The authority for this procurement is Title 38 USC 8153, Health Care Resources (HCR) sharing Authority, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The VA anticipates issuing a Small Business Set-aside solicitation for this requirement on or about April 16, 2026. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation, attachments, and any subsequent amendments from this website. No hard copies will be made available. Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be from 07-01-2026 through 06-30-2027 for the base period. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the responses to the RFQ submission process.
