Description:

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, maintenance, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to purchase TRANSLATION SYSTEM PANAGUIDE, PANASONIC or equal item, use in Japanese Radio Law.

1. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUATATIONS.
2. The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to purchase TRANSLATION SYSTEM PANAGUIDE, PANASONIC or equal item, use in Japanese Radio Law
3. The product should be delivered to Cam Zama in Japan.
4. Since the products will be use in Japanese radio law and the repair service need to be conducted during the warranty period, the offerors must have a Japanese cage code.
