Aircraft Configuration Upfit and Operations & Maintenance Support

Dear Industry Partners,

The purpose of this notice is to release Amendment 2 to the solicitation. As part of the Amendment, the Government is re-issuing the Questions and Responses after further internal review and to provide additional information where possible. In addition, the other applicable solicitation documents (Request for Proposal, Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement, and Attachment 4 - DD254) have been updated. Offerors are advised that the only revisions to the Request for Proposal document entitled "DHS AIR FY26 RFP Amendment 2 9.1.2026" were updates to the cover page to reflect Amendment 2. The Government will not accept any additional questions concerning this solicitation. The proposal due date remains Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
