DARPA Modernization Project: Request for Qualifications for A&E Services

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) requires Contractor support for architecture and engineering services for the DARPA Modernization Project. 

This announcement constitutes a public notice of intent to contract for Architect-Engineer (A&E) Services in accordance with RFO FAR Part 5 and Part 36, and DFARS Subpart 236.6. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bids (IFB). Neither cost proposals nor price quotations are requested or will be accepted at this stage. Contract award will be made using qualification-based selection procedures established under the Brooks Act (40 U.S.C. Chapter 11) and FAR Subpart 36.6.

This requirement will be conducted as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All interested parties should review this notice, and all attachments, in its entirety, and provide a completed SF 330 in accordance identified in the attached Public Announcement Notice.
