U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Pull Straps.

The applicable NAICS code is 314994 - Rope, Cordage, Twine, Tire Cord & Tire Fabric Mills.

ACC-RI intend to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP), on or about October 14, 2026.
