The U.S. Embassy in Warsaw has a requirement to purchase a brand new middle size hybrid Sport Utility Vehicle.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 19PL9026Q0016 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-55.

• 2026 model year
• CVT (continuously variable) Automatic Transmission
• Hybrid engine: minimum 2L 4-cylinder engine; minimum 180 combined HP; Combined average fuel economy 5 – 5.5L/100km
• Wheelbase 2600-2750mm; overall length 4500mm- 4700mm; overall width under 2000 mm
• 5 Door (4 + hatchback), 5-seater SUV with folding 2nd row seating
• Primary body color gray or silver
• Parking assist front and rear with reversing camera
• Safety/tech package including Bluetooth, blind-spot monitoring, and lane keep assist.
• Vehicle must be offered in the Polish market with authorized service available in Warsaw area.
• Due to registration procedures, prospective seller must be a registered business in Poland and issue a Polish sales VAT invoice.
• Delivery to US Embassy Warsaw required within 60 days of award.
