The 410th CSB, Regional Contracting Office (RCO) – Miami, intends to award a sole source purchase order to AT&T Mobility Accounts LLC.

The determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (ii), sole source (including brand name) under the of simplified acquisition procedures for certain commerial items.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. A limited competition justification was submitted with the requirement and are part of the contract file and approved. a redacted copy is attached with this notice.

The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
