The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for the removal, disposal of the existing GE Definium 5000 X-Ray system and the supply and installation of (1) Acuity UDR U-Arm System model #VXR-SU6000 or approved equivalent system, located in Safford, Arizona. The service will include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the removal, replacement, and restoration. at FCI Safford located at 1529 W. Hwy 366 Safford, Arizona 85546.
