The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide the Pre-Bid Site Visit Attendance Sheet and VA responses to Requests for Information (RFI) questions, as follows:
a) See attachment S04 Pre-Proposal Conference Attendance Sheet for project site visit participation.
b) See continuation page for VA response to RFI questions.
All other terms and conditions will remain unchanged.

Project Description: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the work described in the
in the Statement Of Work, the Bid Items List, and construction drawings and specifications to complete
the additional road repairs at the VA Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, TX.

This Invitations for Bids (IFB) is issued as a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business
(SDVOSB). The project estimated magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000.

NAICS Code for this procurement is 237310 – Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction (size standard of $45M)

In accordance with FAR 52.236-3, Interested Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the scheduled Pre-Bid Site Visit.
