USDA-ARS-SEA Preventive Maintenance Services for the Main Switchgear

Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to revise the terms and conditions of the solicitation and to incorporate Attachment 3 - JA Restricting Competition and extend the closing date to September 29th, 2026 at 1:00pm ET.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1472 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for preventive maintenance services for the main switchgear, a Caterpillar Model AA, Serial No. 32269, located in USNPRC Building 2 in support of USDA-ARS-SEA.

This acquisition  is not set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 811310  The small business size standard is $12.5M.  This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement.   All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
