1.0 Description
The Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) small arms components, optical sights, and tactical laser systems. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for planning and market research purposes only.

Interested firms should submit a capability statement (not to exceed 5 pages) demonstrating their ability to provide the exact items listed above. Responses must include:

1. Business name, address, CAGE code, and UEI number.
2. Business size status (e.g., 8(a), HubZone, SDVOSB, Small Business, Large Business) under NAICS 332994.
3. Confirmation of ability to supply factory-new, OEM authorized equipment.
4. Lead times for delivery.
