PURPOSE Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to:1. Gather industry feedback on the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and Personnel Qualifications to refine requirements.2. Invite interested contractors to an Industry Day and site tour of the BWO facility.2. INDUSTRY DAY DETAILS? Date: September 3, 2026? Start Time: 10:30 AM PST Attendees are strongly encouraged to pick up their badges the day before the event, as morning badging delays could cause you to miss the 10:30 AM presentation.?
