***As of 15 July 2026, the summary of changes/updates to the solicitation notice are the following:

1. Questions have been answered and attached.

2. The PWS has been updated and attached to reflect changes.

3. The RFQ has been updated and attached to reflect changes.

4. Added Service Contract Act WD #: 2015-4377, Revision 31. 

5. Submission: Quotes are due via email no later than 20 July 2026, 5:00, PM. No telephonic quotes will be accepted. All quotes must be submitted to francisco.j.nodamerly.mil@army.mil & corrina.y.armstrong.mil@army.mil. Quotes MUST be good for sixty (60) calendar days after submission.

Site Visit: The site visit is scheduled for 9 July 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Tribe Cafe which is Building X3429, Spartan Way, Fort Bragg, NC 28314.
