USFS, Fenn Ranger Station Janitorial Services - Kooskia ID

General Information
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. 

Requirement
The USDA Forest Service Fenn Ranger Station, Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest has a requirement fo Janitorial Services. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed at Government-owned facilities for the Fenn Ranger Station in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility conditions and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor’s workforce shall perform all services associated with general janitorial cleaning duties listed in the technical requirements.

Scope of Work
Services are required for seven (7) Government-owned facilities:

• Year-Round (5 Buildings): Admin Office, Assessment Office, Fire Office, Visitor Center, and Cookhouse.
• Bi-Annual (2 Buildings): Fenn Bunkhouse and Cedar Flats Dormitory.

Work Hours

• Standard Window: 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Monday – Friday).
• Exclusions: Federal Holidays (unless coordinated).

Award Type

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed priced service contract consisting of one (1) 12 month base period and four (4) 12 month option periods shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation.  The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years
