GAOA Kading Cabin Water System Repair, Helena-Lewis & Clark National Forest

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1240LU26Q0060 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Kading Cabin Water System Repair on the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 237110.  The small business size standard is $45 Million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

All Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) at time of submission of a quote.  Contractors are responsible for following all submission instructions (See Pages 20-22) and to ensure delivery of all required documents by the date and time set for receipt of quotes (see Page 22) or any Amendment that extends the receipt date.
