                                  INTEGRATION SPACE AND SYSTEMS FURNITURE MAINTENANCE

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, (NSWC PCD), Panama City, FL intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to EPS Corporation.

Procurement is for Integration Space and Systems Furniture Maintenance, as follows:

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has a requirement to procure Integration Space and Systems Furniture Maintenance. This requirement is not suitable for full and open competition for the following reason(s). The integration space is currently being utilized by NSWC PCD. If another integration space were to be selected, relocation and/or a competitive requirement would incur higher additional costs in manhours and funds and would have an elevated risk of meeting current demand of project deadlines and meeting the urgency of this need.  As such, the government does not expect significant savings through competition, and it is more advantageous to the Government to award on a sole source basis to EPS Corporation for the item(s) listed above. NAICS Code 493190 applies.
