Lake Red Rock Playground Equipment with Installation

The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1.  Confirm that the actual period of performance for this requirement is 8 September 2026 - 30 November 2026.

2.  Reitterate the colors of the playground set are Natural Colors (green, brown, tan) and/or nature theme.

3.  Reiterate that the integrate3d shade roof(s) must be plastic or metal.  NO Fabric.

See attached amended Solicitation W912EK26QA0470001 and Updated Statement of Work which shows the changes in Red Font.

Also, please follow the directions in its entirety.  No late submissions will be reviewed.  Vendors must be in Sam.gov and must be a small business for NAICS code,  339920.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure Playground Equipment with delivery and Installation at Lake Red Rock in Knoxville, IA to be complete by 1 November 2026.

This procurement will be based on Lowest Price that can meet the desired requirements and specifications in the Statement of Work that is attached.

The NAICS code is 339920 with a size standard of 750 employees.  Product Service Code is 7830.  

Vendors must be 100% Small Business only.

Any late offers or offers that do not reflect what is specified in the Statement of Work will not be considered.
