The United States Department of Justice  intends, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.102(b)(Deviated), to solicit from a Single Source, Tyler Technologies of 5101 Tennyson Parkway, Plano Texas for its Reasonable Accommodation (RA) Program Management solution in support of the Departments end-to-end RA process and program administration needs while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal laws and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations, to include security and privacy standards and requirements.
