Solicitation number 142082-26-0235 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), to Keysight diagnostic test equipment used to support the operational radar readiness, maintenance and repair associated with the WSR-88D NEXRAD radar, for the National Weather Service (NWS), Radar Operation Center (ROC).
