Attendees should arrive at the Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 E. Veterans Street, Tomah WI 54660-3105 in the front of Building 400 (near the main entrance), and park in the Visitor Parking Lot. The deadline for submitting questions regarding this solicitation is extended from Monday, August 31, 2026, at noon until Friday, September 4, 2026, at noon. This amendment does not alter the closing date of the solicitation. The closing date and time for submitting quotes is September 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time as stated in the original solicitation.
