This solicitation is being amended to:

• Update the statement of work (SOW) to accurately reflect the scope of the project.
• Add Clause 52.228-16 to the provisions and clauses.
• Provide answers to pre-site visit RFIs.

The primary driver of this project is a severe safety hazard: extensive gopher infestations have created a network of subsurface voids and surface holes across the playing area resulting in an uneven, hazardous field that risks serious player injuries (e.g., ankle sprains and falls).
