The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the purchase and delivery of heavy-duty, commercial-grade utility vehicles (UTVs). These units will be integrated into a fleet tasked with maintaining expansive institutional grounds and heavy cargo transport.

4. Core Technical Specifications
All submitted equipment must meet or exceed the following specific technical parameters:
- Engine Configuration: 15.5 hp air-cooled four-cycle gas engine with 41.2 cu in. displacement.
- Drivetrain & Transmission: Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) and mechanically activated differential lock.

- Quality Control Plan (QCP): Submission of an operator training and equipment maintenance QCP is completely optional and will not alter the evaluation baseline.
5. Mandatory Warranty Requirements
To protect against rapid hour accumulation during the contract period, all bids must provide comprehensive commercial warranty coverage that meets or exceeds the following threshold:
- Required Coverage: The unit must possess a commercial warranty of at least 12 months or 1,000 hours (whichever comes first). Bids offering less than this standard baseline coverage limitation will be disqualified.
