This notification is being submitted as an invitation of quotes for the following:

1 (one) each Bauer SNG III-3 Nitrogen generator/ NSN 3655-01-505-7616 or equal with the minimum specification:

Deliver standard discharge pressure up to 5,000 PSIG (345 BAR) with minimum nitrogen flow of 16 SCFM at 98% purity. 4-stage membrane pre-filtration system, self-contained and fully turnkey, connect to existing modular high-pressure cylinders storage system (Bauer UN/ISO 5000 PSIG Series P/N HC5000-6 (Vertical/Horizontal configuration)), Operates in temperature range 40 to 140 Degrees F, Has forklift pockets and lifting eyes, Dimensions 108"(w) x 53"(d) x 81"(h) or smaller, Power requirement is 230 Volts 3- Phase AC 60 Hz.

All quotes will be evaluated based on Price fair and reasonableness, technical capability of the product offered (see 'Attachment 1. Nitrogen Compressor Salient Characteristics'), delivery, and past performance. Upon the closing of this notice, an Award decision will be made based on the contractors' adherence to the evaluation factors above.
