This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR 12.201-1, additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested of competent vendors, as identified hereunder.

Request for Quotation (RFQ) N5523626Q0107 is issued as a Sole Source requirement. The subject solicitation is being processed using RFO FAR Parts 12. The Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source, Boeing Distribution Inc. (Boeing), for the parts listed on the Product Description under the authority of RFO FAR 6.103-1 and 12.102 on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. DESCRIPTION: Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) Code 932 requires long lead-time material (LLTM) in support of the gas turbine-configured U.S. Naval Ships' Rolls Royce T56, Model 250 engines. The Puller and Pusher Lip Seal Tooling is essential for conducting critical intermediate-level repairs on the 50-KS4 RIMSS inside the Rolls-Royce T56, Model 250 engine: Required Delivery Date is 19 November 2026.
