M82 Setback Pin

Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Solicitation W519TC-27-QA003
for M82 Setback Pin in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal. This solicitation is issued in accordance
with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a
non-commercial supply. This requirement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under
332992 - Small Arms Ammunition Manufacturing; size standard is 1300 employees.

This solicitation will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, lowest priced offeror.This solicitation will result in a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a Base Year plus an Option Year with range pricing. The Option will be evaluated at time of award.
