DLA Distribution intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 12.102(b) – Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. DLA Distribution San Joaquin, CA has the following requirement:

Interested contractors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
