Financial and Air Clearance Transportation System (FACTS)

This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes to identify qualified and experienced sources for an anticipated firm-fixed price services contract under NAICS code 541519, Other Computer Related Services, size standard $34.0 M. The Government has determined that this will be an 8(a) STARS III requirement. NAVSUP Business Systems Center (BSC) Department 95 requires contractor support services (CSS) to support application development and efforts. NAVSUP BSC requires technical support services to support the DoD legacy joint transportation system, Financial and Air Clearance Transportation System (FACTS). FACTS provides Navy shipping functionality, Naval Cargo Routing, and DoD air cargo clearance capabilities. Support services will include software engineering, coding, integration testing, business analyzing, auditing, documentation of change requests, customer support, training, and knowledge sharing.
