Industry Feedback for Draft Requirements, Solicitation, and Request for White Papers for Other Transaction (OT) - Initial Minot Sentinel Beddown (IMSB), Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota (ND)

Update: We are requesting feedback regarding the White Papers RFQ response due date. Currently, the government intends to allow 15 calendar days from the time of posting for responses. If there is a need to allow for a longer lead time, please provide your request and state the approximate time period needed to complete your submission. 

This post contains DRAFT versions of the IMSB Project Suite Requirements Overview, Solicitation, and Request for White Papers for Other Transaction (OT) meant only to solicit feedback from interested parties. Feedback from industry may be incorporated into the final RFQ and Solicitation documents. The official IMSB Solicitation and RFQ will be posted once industry comments have been evaluated and incorporated as necessary. Instructions for providing feedback via ProjNet are provided as a separate document within this posting. Feedback is due at 1200 CDT on 23 September 2026.
