The attached document contains the complete Statement of RFO Compliance, Requirement Description, Line Item Structure (CLIN 0001), Site Visit Instructions, Bonds and Payment Protection information, and all applicable RFO Provisions and Clauses (including specific quote submission instructions and evaluation factors). 

Vendors must review the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation attachment and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in their entirety prior to submitting a quote.
