NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to LRP Publications, 1395 University Blvd, Suite 400, Jupiter, FL 33458.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
This requirement is to provide renewal of CyberFEDS on the Web subscription services. CyberFEDS on the web is the only comprehensive and timely web-accessible resource for federal employment law, Human Resources (HR), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Labor Relations professionals. It is the sole source for all resources on a single site. LRP Publications, Inc. is the sole source provider of CyberFEDS on the Web subscription services. Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 519290 with a size standard of 1,000 employees.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
