The Government has determined that the solicitation contained ambiguous and insufficiently defined technical requirements (e.g., performance characteristics, support expectations, and configuration preferences), which resulted in quotations that cannot be evaluated on a common and equitable basis. Therefore, cancellation is in the best interest of the Government. 

After evaluating the current solicitation the government has identified that certain technical requirements may not be sufficiently clear to ensure quotations are evaluated on a common basis.

The Government intends to cancel this solicitation and reissue it with revised specifications. Vendors are advised that no award will be made under the current solicitation.

A revised solicitation is anticipated to be posted on SAM.gov.
