The Government is conducting market research to identify capable industry partners that can provide systems engineering and integrated logistics support for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) Technical Support Services (NETSS) 2, a complex enterprise system supporting more than 70,000 users, across the system lifecycle, including planning, development, integration, testing, deployment, sustainment, and modernization. The anticipated requirement is expected to require a minimum workforce of 15 full-time equivalents (FTEs) with the technical experience necessary to provide coordinated engineering and logistics support for a large, operationally critical enterprise environment. Please find some sample tasks from prior work for context: -Provide technical management and systems engineering support, including engineering assessments, hardware and software integration, interoperability and network analysis, and support to Government engineering teams. -Maintain engineering plans, requirements-management processes, technical baselines, system architectures, and supporting documentation; analyze requirement and design changes; track Requests for Change; maintain traceability through design and testing; and recommend process improvements. -Support SETRs and other technical reviews by assessing readiness, risk, compliance, and technical baselines; preparing reports, briefs, metrics, meeting minutes, and action plans; and tracking actions to closure. -Develop and maintain architecture products, support Model-Based Systems Engineering, evaluate cloud and security considerations, and help implement Agile and DevSecOps practices. -Support testing, releases, and external interfaces by developing test artifacts, analyzing results, coordinating releases and test events, maintaining requirements traceability, and managing Interface Control Agreements and Interface Control Documents. ________________________________________________________________________ This RFI is issued solely for market-research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment by the Government to award a contract.
